Event Participation
Insurance Cover when participating in any Playing Alive Outside Events:
As every Alive Outside participant has different insurance needs, it is the decision and responsibility of each player to ensure they are fully covered in accordance with their specific requirements when participating in Alive Outside events. Alive Outside strongly recommends that each player has their own Personal Accident Cover in case of injury.
Before participating in any Alive Outside associated event, each player must print and sign their name on Player Declaration / Waiver form. By signing this form, I agree that Alive Outside is not liable for any personal injury or any other accident that may cause injury to myself. In case of injury or illness, i give my consent to emergency transportation and the administration of first aid and medical treatment. I am also aware that I can purchase a Personal Accident Cover policy from any financial consultant or insurance broker.
It is the responsibility of each participant to complete an Alive Outside event within the rules and regulations stated by the organisers.
