Why limit it to one team? Bring the whole club to Alive Outside for a day built around your players, teams, coaches and members.
We can cater for different age groups and abilities at the same time, with activities and challenges tailored to suit each group. Younger players can take on age-appropriate activities, older teams can step up the challenge, while coaches and adult members can get involved too.
Depending on your numbers, groups can take on a mix of HELL & BACK obstacles, team challenges and Ireland’s Fittest Family-inspired activities across our outdoor adventure centre at Killruddery Estate in Bray.
It can be competitive or more relaxed – and nobody needs to be super-fit to take part. We adapt the experience so everyone can get involved at their own level.
