Set across the stunning Killruddery Estate, this full-day experience combines the best of both worlds – an Instructor-led Hell & Back obstacle challenge followed by high-energy fun in Splash Zone.

Designed for ages 8-16, this experience is all about teamwork, encouragement and giving things a go – not competition.

Over five hours, your group will take on:

A 5-7KM Hell & Back challenge through forest trails and natural terrain, packed with 60+ obstacles that build confidence and teamwork.
A well-earned Woodland Hangout break to relax, refuel and enjoy the surroundings.
A 2-hour Splash Zone session featuring water-based activities that bring plenty of energy and laughs:
- Pontoon Mania for balance and teamwork
- Splashdown Slide for fast-paced fun
- Kayaking to build coordination and communication
- Water Jump for those ready to take the leap

What to Expect from the Hell & Back and Splash Zone Group Adventure:

- Instructor-led Hell & Back obstacle challenge
- Woodland Hangout break (bring your own drinks and snacks)
- Transition time to Lake with walk, change and safety briefing
- Splash Zone water session with lifeguards

See calendar above to check available dates and times. A deposit for a minimum of 20 participants (€50 x 20 = €1,000) is required to secure your booking.

PAYING THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE

Once your deposit is paid, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a unique weblink. Use this link to add and pay for any additional participants attending the event. To help us plan the perfect adventure and ensure enough instructors are available, the full balance must be paid at least 7 working days before your event.

This adventure is built to handle all types of Irish weather, so make sure participants come prepared with appropriate clothing! Check Met Eireann for the latest weather updates. If there is an orange warning for wind or rain, we’ll contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

FOOD & DRINK OPTIONS

This package includes 60 minutes in a Woodland Hangout Area for everyone to chill out and relax after their adventure. Bring your own drinks or snacks – it’s completely up to you what’s on the menu!
