Looking for something different for your team this season? Whether it’s pre-season prep, a mid-season reset or an end-of-season reward, this is a day your squad won’t forget.

Set across the stunning Killruddery Estate, this full-day experience blends a Hell & Back obstacle challenge with high-energy Splash Zone activities – giving your group the chance to push limits, back each other up and enjoy a proper team day outdoors.

Designed for adult sports clubs, there’s a strong competitive edge throughout – but the real focus is on teamwork, communication and bringing the group together. Everyone can take part at their own pace, making it inclusive for all fitness levels across the squad.

Over five hours, your group will take on:

A 5-7KM Hell & Back challenge through forest trails and natural terrain, with 60+ obstacles that test teamwork, resilience and communication.
A Woodland Hangout break to regroup, refuel and reset as a team.
A 2-hour Splash Zone session packed with energy and competition:
- Pontoon Mania – balance and teamwork under pressure
- Splashdown Slide – fast, competitive fun
- Kayaking – coordination and communication
- Water Jump – who’s stepping up first?!

This 5-hour onsite experience includes:

Instructor-led Hell & Back obstacle challenge
Woodland Hangout break (bring your own drinks and snacks)
Transition to the lake with walk, change and safety briefing
Fully supervised Splash Zone water session with Lifeguards
Minimum group size: 20 participants
Cost: €50 per person (coaches and mentors can join at the same rate)

Set in the heart of Killruddery Estate, the day combines a guided Hell & Back obstacle challenge with an action-packed Splash Zone session. Players will push themselves, support their teammates and take on each section together in a positive, team-focused environment.

SECURE YOUR DATE & TIME WITH A DEPOSIT

See calendar above to check available dates and times. A deposit for a minimum of 20 participants (€60 x 20 = €1,200) is required to secure your booking.

PAYING THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE

Once your deposit is paid, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a unique weblink. Use this link to add and pay for any additional participants attending the event. To help us plan the perfect adventure and ensure enough Instructors are available, the full balance must be paid at least 7 working days before your event.

This adventure is built to handle all types of Irish weather, so make sure participants come prepared with appropriate clothing! Check Met Eireann for the latest weather updates. If there is an orange warning for wind or rain, we’ll contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

FOOD & DRINK OPTIONS

This package includes 60 minutes in a Woodland Hangout Area for everyone to chill out and relax after their adventure. Bring your own drinks or snacks – it’s completely up to you what’s on the menu!
