Inclusive Outdoor Summer Camps for Children

Sign your child up today to a fun and active outdoor camp this Summer at the Alive Outside Adventure Centre in the stunning 800-acre Killruddery Estate, Bray, Co. Wicklow!


Home to HELL & BACK and Ireland's Fittest Family and only minutes from the M50, Alive Outside is Ireland's leading outdoor activity provider - so your child is guaranteed a fantastic week of creativity, exploration and learning.

The camps are brought to you by the team who run HELL & BACK Junior, and are all about the outdoors, fresh air and nature – essentially it’s back to basics for your kids!

ACTIVITIES

Each day, your child will take part in three exciting outdoor activities, each lasting 2 hours, so they'll enjoy a fun-filled and action-packed 6 hours learning new skills and making new friends outside in the fresh air every day - sleeping at night should not be a problem!

​

The Summer Camp will include the following activities:

  • Splashzone, including Kayaking, Water Jump & Splashdown Slide

  • Archery

  • Orienteering

  • Bushcraft 

  • Hell Run 

  • Mountain Adventure

  • Low Ropes

  • Crack the Code

  • Sports

  • Arts & Crafts

  • Obstacle Challenge

The kids should bring a packed lunch and change of clothes with them each day - and, unless the rain is absolutely torrential, all outdoor activities will go ahead!

​

Plus at the end of the week, each child will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement!

DATES

The camp is suitable for children aged 7-13 and there are 9 weeks of camps available during the 2024 school summer holidays:

  • 3 Day Camp from Wed 26th to Fri 28th June

  • 5 Day Camp from Mon 1st to Fri 5th July

  • 5 Day Camp from Mon 8th to Fri 12th July

  • 5 Day Camp from Mon 15th to Fri 19th July

  • 5 Day Camp from Mon 22nd to Fri 26th July

  • 5 Day Camp from Mon 29th July to Fri 2nd Aug

  • 4 Day Camp from Tues 6th to Fri 9th Aug (after Bank Holiday Monday)

  • 5 Day Camp from Mon 12th to Fri 16th Aug

  • 5 Day Camp from Mon 19th to Fri 23rd Aug

START / FINISH TIMES

There are also a number of start/finish time options:

  • 08:00 to 14:00;

  • 08:30 to 14:30;

  • 09:00 to 15:00;

  • 09:30 to 15:30; 

  • 10:00 to 16:00; or

  • 10:30 to 16:30

(Please note that, if you are registering with others, make sure you all register together for the SAME START TIME as there are limited spaces available.

PRICES

  • €170.00 for first child per week

  • €160.00 for second child per week

  • €150.00 for third and subsequent child(ren) per week

€30 DEPOSIT OPTION FULL

*Please note that this option is no longer available.* For the month of February, you can reserve your child’s place on the Summer Camp by paying a €30 deposit - the balance is then not due until approx. 60 days later at the end of April!
